Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information, sales contracts, and other relevant documentation.

7. Quotation and Pricing:

8. Sales Meetings and Events:

Assist in the organization and coordination of sales meetings, conferences, and events.

Prepare necessary materials and documentation for sales presentations.

9. Follow-up:

10. Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative support to the sales department, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling travel arrangements.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

As an Assistant Manager / Manager (Conservatory Operations), you will be responsible for the husbandry and maintenance of the plants and displays within the Conservatories. You will be expected to plan and manage projects, provide advice and raise horticultural standards. Your knowledge of glasshouse operations will lead to innovations in pest and disease management, and provide for the healthy long-term sustainability for Conservatory plants in a public setting. You will be required to provide expertise on the latest developments in the horticulture industry, particularly in sourcing for novel plant introductions to add to the diversity of plants that can be used to further enhance our exhibits and landscapes, and add interest to our local gardening scene. You will be expected to manage and contribute to programs and activities in the Gardens as well as serve the Gardens goal of being an attraction for all to own, enjoy and cherish.

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline, preferably with 2 years’ of relevant working experience in a relevant field of work
• Possess a keen and passionate interest in plants and gardening with a focus on exceeding visitor expectations
• Assist in coming out with the concept art for floral displays and other installations in the conservatories
• Ability to work out innovative solutions to challenges which may arise
• Service-oriented team player who is prepared to be hands-on
• Experience in horticulture, plants and flowers would be an advantage
• Strong oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills to build relationships and cultivate collaborations and partnerships
• Good knowledge of various computer software and applications including Microsoft Office

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the onboarding and training of users through online meetings.
• Monitor user database and conduct regular follow ups with users to ensure project progress.
• Interact with the software IT provider to request evolutions and pass on user’s requests.
• Assist in the preparation of users’ geospatial data where necessary.
• Support in other company operations where required (e.g. management of company LinkedIn page and website).
• Occasional travel to natural rubber producing regions may be involved.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Life Science, Business, or any related degree.
• 1-2 years’ experience (including internships) required. Prior experience in sustainable purchasing or agricultural commodities is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Autonomous with a proactive posture.
• Excellent time management and comfortable in handling multiple priorities.
• Ability to speak in Bahasa Indonesia or Thai is an advantage.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with GIS (QGIS) is ideal.

Job scope:

• Contribute to patient care by facilitating ACP discussions and completing advance care plans that meet patients’ needs
