Glastechnik Pte Ltd is a glazing contractor and specialised in supply and install of all glazing works, automatic doors and all other related works. Candidate must have own transportation, minimum 1 year experience in same or similar field, know how to read drawings etc. Some existing clients will be passed to him and he must also look for new clients. Training will be provided. Job role is to meet clients, do quotation, get the sales, coordinate with our coordinator and the client on how to get the job done, chase payment etc. Salary $3,200/- and above depending on experience. Fresh graduates welcome to apply. 13th month AWS. Special bonus payable before CNY depending on performance. Commission 4% on sale value. Target sales value is $600K to $1M per annum. Petrol and cash card will be given. Parking can claim. 7 days annual leave incremental of 1 day per year of service up to maximum of 14 days. Medical claimable for common illness only. Job Description

• Responsible for digital solution sales in the local financial industry (bank/insurance).

• Accountable for account planning and sales strategies.

• Hunt for new accounts and expand the client base in the financial industry.

• Collaborate with pre-sales and professional services teams to develop total solutions meeting customer needs.

• Manage bid management and proposal generation for sales opportunities.

• Develop required client relationships to build trust and gain deeper insights into client situations, needs, and internal situations, with the intent of developing mutually beneficial, long-term client relationships.

• Lead business development activities, respond to opportunities, prepare materials for client presentations and pitches, and participate in marketing activities.

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships at all levels.

• Understand client businesses and offer sound solutions/products that translate into profitable business development opportunities.

• Work with Product Managers and Product Owners to create product roadmaps.

• Able to work in a tight compliance environment (e.g., accurate collection, sales recognition, profit and loss reporting).

• Negotiate MSAs, covering aspects such as termination, IP rights, liability, and data retention.

Job Requirements

• Minimum degree in Information Technology/Info-Communication/Finance or equivalent.

• Minimum 8 years of sales experience in solution sales within the financial industry.

• Prior working experience with a global Solution Provider or in an end-user environment is advantageous.

• Sales experience in the Singapore/SEA market is preferred.

• Solid credentials in selling, bidding, and winning complex projects.

• Good customer contacts.

• Sound understanding of digital technology and solutions, passionate about the latest technology trends (such as FinTech/InsureTech).

• Experience in corporate presentation to C-suite clients or management level is an added advantage.
