What you will do:

As a Commercial Operations Manager, you will Supervises the execution of small projects. Serves as primary on-site project leader, following standardized project management procedures. • Assist senior butchers in meat preparation, cutting, trimming, and packaging following established guidelines and standards.
• Learn and develop knife skills to handle various cuts of meat efficiently and safely.
