Qualifications:

• Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior marketing leadership role with a strong focus on the Chinese market.
• Deep understanding of the industrial safety sector, preferably in gas detection technology.
• Track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and expansion.
• Expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, brand management, and channel development.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, enabling effective collaboration with global and local teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
