Position Overview:

As a Marketing Creative Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the visual identity of our mobile game products. You will be responsible for creating a wide range of graphic content, including game icons, key visuals (KV), store images, feature graphics, and advertising materials. This role requires a deep passion for games, a strong foundation in art and design, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-departmental teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and design graphic content for mobile game products, including game icons, key visuals (KV), store images, feature graphics, and advertising materials.

• Collaborate with our game development, marketing, and social media teams to develop visually appealing and effective marketing assets.

• Demonstrate a passion for games and familiarity with top-tier game content from major mainstream developers, with knowledge spanning at least one other game category.

• Understand and uphold the brand style of various games, working closely with cross-departmental teams to ensure consistency and quality.

• Manage effect advertising cooperation, execute key visual tasks, develop creative proposals, and refine materials based on advertising performance data.

Requirements:

• Strong foundation in art and design, with proficiency in cartoon styles and advanced Photoshop synthesis skills.

• Familiarity with mainstream game engines and basic rendering techniques is preferred.

• Broad knowledge of domestic and international game design trends, with insights into games, animation, and movies, and a systematic understanding of various visual styles and thematic elements.

• Excellent comprehension and cross-departmental communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively both internally and externally.

• Capable of providing innovative and effective creative visual solutions, and executing key visual tasks with precision.

• Possess a proactive, innovative mindset, strong sense of responsibility, and a spirit of teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the mobile gaming industry.

• Knowledge of game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.

• Ability to create both stylised and realistic animations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and start business with new channel partners and end users.
• Train and assist distributor/dealers and end users to ensure they are well-versed in our products and services and can effectively adopt our products.
• Establish and sustain robust relationships with partners including distributors, dealers, end users.
• Be accountable for owned territories through creating, qualifying, updating, forecasting, and driving sales opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and trends in the consumer market.

Sales and Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

a. Carry out mass emailing and cold calling.

b. Prepare supporting document for any tender submission.

c. Prepare and send quotes and proposals.

d. Weekly/monthly update of website and social media.

e. Support in organizing of seminars and public relation events.

f. Maintain and update sales and customer records.

g. Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.

h. Contact clients to follow up administrative information or answer queries.

i. Administer training course registration and confirmation.

j. Communication on Training courses details to Participants

k. Maintaining up-to-date, correct, and accurate training records, such as trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets, and so on

l. Overseeing the preparation and dissemination of course materials such as instructional notes, feedback forms to participants.

m. Gathering, filing, and submitting reports as they come up on site

n. Provides front desk coverage as needed.

o. Orders office supplies and equipment.

p. Makes sure equipment is in working order

q. Performs other related duties as needed assigned by your reporting officer
