• Responsible for managing web portal and managing e-commerce channel (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Company Website etc.)
• Handle e-commerce online orders, printing and arranging for shipping

• Responsible for Identifying and creating sales opportunities, and Producing Leads.

• Assist in developing PowerPoint presentations aimed at specific sector
• Diligent follow-ups with inbound leads supported by subsequent email communications.
• Route qualified leads to field sales team by initiating appointments.
• Confident, pleasent, organized and detail oriented.
• Experience of 1-3 years in Telemarketing in IT sector.
• Strong PowerPoint Word and Excel skills.
• Able to articulate well and possess good communication and keen listening skills
