Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy
· Develop comprehensive 360 marketing strategy and growth marketing strategies that integrate partnerships, affiliates, and KOLs initiatives.
· Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and KPIs.
· Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize marketing strategies for continuous improvement.
· Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Partnerships
· Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with relevant brands, influencers, and platforms to expand our reach and customer base.
· Collaborate with external partners to develop joint marketing initiatives, promotions, and campaigns that drive mutual growth and brand visibility.
Affiliates Marketing
· Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliate partners (both B2B and B2C) to ensure alignment with our brand values and objectives.
· Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
KOLs (Key Opinion Leader) Management
· Identify, engage and manage KOLs and influencers who align with our brand ethos and target audience.
· Develop and execute KOLs marketing strategies, including content collaborations, sponsored posts, and ambassadorships.
· Track and report on KOLs campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve marketing goals.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or relevant field.
· No experience required (relevant internship experience or minimum 2 years of marketing experience will be a plus).
· Experience in negotiating partnerships, managing affiliate programs and executing influencer marketing campaigns will be advantageous.
· Self-starter with strong project management skills, able to work independently yet effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
· Detail-oriented in order to ensure timeliness and accuracy of all communications.
· Passion for e-commerce, beauty, fashion, and lifestyle, with a strong understanding of our target audience.
· Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and be comfortable navigating ambiguity.
