Job Purpose:

To oversee the support for sales team with administrative and physical tasks. The goal is to facilitate and optimize their sales performance

Job Responsibilities (non-exhaustive):

• Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders
• Assist in payment collection from clients
• Prepare internal documents: credit notes, adjustment forms, write-off forms, manual delivery orders
• Administer Advance Invoice Back Orders (AIBO) duties
• Update (i) Stock listings (backlogs & storage facilities) (ii) Business Partners record (iii) Catalogues
