Role

Assists and supports the sales team by coordinating and facilitating sales activities, ensuing the smooth functioning of sales operations, and providing excellent customer service. Job Scope

• Answering of phone call and message recording during the absence of Sales personnel.
• Coordinate and assist with sales activities, including sales queries, correspondence, order processing, pricing, product availability, purchase orders, warranty tracking.

Core Responsibilities

• To provide overall support and assistance to the Orthopaedic Sales Team
• Perform sales / purchase order creation and execution for trade transaction
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Principals, and Customers in sales/ purchase orders, shipment documentation, and payment settlement
• Arrange import /export shipments via logistics provider
• Receive and prepare inventories for pre-dispatch check and dispatch
