Description

We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable Sales administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.

Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has knowledge of customer service best practices to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.

Core Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Processing orders via email/phone/ordering App

• Receiving and processing purchase orders

• Issuing sales transaction invoices

• Contacting customers by phone or email to answer products queries and obtain information

• Provide administrative support to the Sales and Accounts teams

• Coordinate with sales, production, logistic teams and drivers to ensure timely deliveries

• Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments

• Maintaining and updating sales and customer records

• Prepare daily/monthly sales report and other ad-hoc reporting when required

• Filing of invoices (monthly payment customers)

• Any other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• A team player with a positive and cheerful personality

• Experienced sales executives are welcome to apply

• Knowledge in CNC machining will be added advantage.
• Good Communication & interpersonal skills.
