Sales and Stock Management

1. Ensure appropriate stock levels at subsidiary, internal and external retail network.
2. Ensure adequate and timely product deliveries.
3. Fully utilize the available market stock to maximize fluidity and revenues.
4. Monitor deliveries and communicate with headquarters to ensure proper product supply.
5. Consolidate and coordinate requests on delivery of all boutiques/wholesale to HQ.

Intervene and follow-up on key issues, prospects and motivate retailers in order to secure their adhesion to the brand and its corporate values and to ensure their business growth and continuous profitability.
10. Ensure that sell-in and sell-out objectives are met at all times.
11. Manage the efficiency of the logistics and warehouse coordination
12. Help to prepare yearly budgets, latest estimates and ad-hoc reporting and statistics.
13. Ensure that the sales and revenue of the brand is maximized at all times.
14. Monitor staff purchase and staff loan.
