What a Director, Sales Excellence does at Visa:

The Director role in the Sales Excellence team sits within the Presidents Organization, and reports into the Senior Director of AP Sales Excellence. Based ideally at Visa's regional headquarters in Singapore (Robinson Road), the role will work very closely with the rest of the regional team as well as regularly liaise with in-market leads and global counterparts especially the PMO office running Sales 2.0 which is a senior and seasoned team. Role:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the affiliate program, including partner onboarding, contract negotiation, performance tracking, reporting, and timely payments.

You:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• Proven track record of 5+ years in performance marketing, with a strong preference for experience in affiliate marketing.
• Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics. Proficiency in using data to measure campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

• Prior experience in B2B or fintech marketing is a plus. A strong understanding of the financial services landscape and the specific challenges businesses face in managing cross-border payments is highly desirable.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Must be comfortable working independently and collaborate with globally distributed teams.
