Summary: As the Enterprise Sales Executive for Indonesia, you will be UiPath’s primary leader and sponsor for customers, responsible for overall account growth and customer satisfaction by managing key relationships and ensuring the customer achieves value.

As an Enterprise Sales Executive for Indonesia, you will represent the voice of our existing clients and liaise with internal cross functional teams to shape the future of UiPath’s product development strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new opportunities within large Indonesian clients; engage meaningfully with C level and Executive decision makers at the enterprise levels.
• Develop and maintain multi-year strategic account plan for Key Accounts to meet or exceed customer objectives and share of wallet.
• Forecast and manage sales pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals.
• Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the key accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction, remove and report blockers, and create a seamless customer experience.
• Lead a culture of sales excellence; drive consistent implementation and adoption of sales processes, pipeline management, measurement, or success KPI’s and sales performance.
• Develop network of strong relationships with key industry influencers, customers and partners thereby enhancing UiPath’s industry mindshare; maintain a high-level understanding of the industry and trends affecting or influencing the marketplace
• Conduct regular business reviews with the team to ensure alignment to the plan and coach the team to elevate strategic account plans.
• Create a monthly & quarterly business review cadence with Key Account Sponsors to track progress on stated objectives, successfully establish the Key Account as a positive Reference Account.
• Drive industry leading initiatives that influence the position of UiPath in the industry, solidifying our position as a market leader.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate is expected to have 10+ years of software or software solution sales experience.
• Extensive track record of selling SW solutions at Enterprise Level.
• In-depth technical understanding of the Automation/Digital transformation market.
• Successful track record of consultative strategic sales with C-level prospects, strong background in large account planning and expansion.
• Proven track record of exceptional performance measured against revenue, customer satisfaction, and organizational health metrics in recent years.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, ability to scale across all levels of an organization and liaise with Bahasa Indonesia speaking clients.
• Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information and exercise exceptional judgement.
• Highly dependable, self-starter, high energy, positive attitude and the ability to establish trust and credibility with prospects and customers.
• Ability to lead, collaborate and influence geographically dispersed team.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients, developing and implementing effective sales strategies to acquire new business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
• Develop a deep understanding of our chemical products and solutions, effectively communicating their benefits and applications to clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth.
• Set and achieve sales targets and goals, tracking performance and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value of company chemical products.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure favorable agreements while maintaining profitability.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales-related documentation.

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing / Business Management or equivalent
• At least 1 – 2 years of relevant sales experience in the chemical industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Able to work in a fast pace team environment
• Must possess own vehicle

As a Lead Sales Specialist - Downstream Chemical, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and driving product and service sales activities proactively across existing and new customers within the market for Crude Oil and finished Fuel Additives.

• Exploring and developing good relationships with strategic Energy Sector customers, both end-users and targeted channel partners for the Product Line.

• Delivering as a minimum the financial plan as submitted and agreed upon during the planning cycle.

• Controlling and having full accountability for the participation and data recorded in the company-designated eCRM platform.

• Being responsible for training, presentation, coaching, and supporting others in the team.

• Providing reporting to the P2R management on account activity and delivery including support sales strategy.

• Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent.

• Have 2 or more years' sales/business development experience in the downstream business/specialty chemicals industry.

• Have demonstrated aptitude for building trusted relationships and show an understanding of customer requirements and market conditions.

• Have proven background in downstream chemicals and/or oil trading domain linked.

• Have the ability to build good relationships and rapport with customers.

• Be a good team player and have experience of working in safe, environment.

• Have good commercial astute and excellent communication skills.
