SERVICE SALES

· Identify and develop potential business opportunities;

· Responsible for maintaining an existing customer base, create new customer accounts and business development;

· Achieve sales & profit targets set by the company;

· Cultivate and enhance long term relationship with new and existing customers;

· To process quotation on recommended parts to customers within 1 day upon receipt of reports through eSOS;

· To generate an invoice for billing to customers within 1 day upon completion of the job through eSOS;

· Ensuring customers’ requirements are clearly and adequately defined before handing over to the project and operation team;

· Ensure timely billing for service job completed within 3 working days through ESOS to customers;

SERVICE OPS.

· Responsible for updates of daily Technician Schedules, including breakdown calls, maintenance, load tests, visual inspection, etc to ESOS.

· To conduct morning briefing with Technicians on ensuring their awareness of the job schedule for the day itself;

· To organise weekly operations meetings with Technicians;

· Work closely with Supervisor on assigning right team for jobs;

· Ensure timely deliveries, right quality and quantity of parts to Customers;

· To ensure electrical jobs under projects are completed on time by Technicians;

· Responsible for maintenance of Equipment List and update of all relevant parts details on regular basis;

· To ensure Technicians are always in proper and clean overalls;

· To check on proper housekeeping at the Service Area, Electrical room, truck cleanliness;

· To ensure tools in toolboxes, tools in tool bags, full PPE of technicians, stocks in trucks are checked on a weekly basis;

OTHERS

• Assist and support the sales team across all business-related matters.

Business Development for Agency Brands

• Manage and be involved in sales forecasting and business reviews of assigned agency lines.
• Manage, develop and strengthen principals’ relationships to drive category and business growth.
• Liaise with principals and sales team to resolve operation/ product issues, account discrepancies or any matters related to the agency lines.

Promotion Planning for US Market

• Identify key customers to plan and develop promotion activities to drive sales.
• Brainstorm promotion ideas with the local team that align with the company’s sustainability and profitability.
• Review offers price and customise promotion mix for different customers.
• Liaise with Finance to work out visible promotion discounts/mechanics.
• Review competitors pricing in the conventional and green category.

Inventory Management

• Liaise with US team for stock forecast and follow up on all shipments to US.
• Liaise with sales team on stock forecasting.
• Manage stocks holdings and ensure there is sufficient stocks for trade execution.

Monthly Report

• Generate monthly management and claim reports to principals.
• Generate agency brand inventory reports to all relevant parties.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FMCG environment
• Experience in brand and product management and consumer marketing
• Experience of marketing best practices including digital medium
• Creativity and commercial awareness
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong project management and time management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

The person must be a graduate with knowledge of the e-commerce scene. and well versed with multiple social media channel. The person will be required to design a digital marketing plan for some of the products.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the sales and business development for assigned area.
• Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
• Analysing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals
• Develop and implement sales and marketing plan and strategies to achieve sales result
• Participate actively in commercial and technical clarification based on customers’ requirements
• Actively explore business opportunities and expand market share.
• Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
• Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
• Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
• Develop and coordinate promotional as well as collateral materials like brochures, videos, binders and trade show graphics etc.
• Provides information by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree from a recognized institution in relevant field or, Substantial experience with proven results in relevant field
• Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
• The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• Availability to work on public holidays and weekends.
