Role Purpose Statement

Be responsible for the preparation of corporate secretarial documents, maintenance and updating of statutory registers and secretarial records, attending board/board committee meetings, handling of client's billing and payments and other ad‐hoc duties, as and when required

• This is a digital board activity management software developed by the company to enable boards to go paperless and make decisions in an efficient manner, anytime and anywhere.
• We have a team who will provide training to new joiners.
• Advise on various aspects of the project development 
• Provide and attend training /sales presentations
• Provide other support to the Product Owner, where required, to meet project deliverables Executive Support
• Attend to assignments or queries proactively
• Attend and draft client’s meeting minutes

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate secretarial work.
• Diploma holder with related experience or degree holder and with a professional certificate in chartered secretary.
• Good understanding of regulatory and statutory requirements of the Singapore Companies Act.
• Ability to organise and prioritise work.
• Possess a flexible and proactive attitude.
• Good command of English is a key requirement.
