About This Role

As the Head of Influencer Marketing, you will lead our influencer marketing team in developing and executing innovative and impactful campaigns for our clients. This role involves setting the strategic direction for influencer marketing initiatives, building and maintaining key relationships with top-tier influencers, and ensuring that our campaigns align with clients' brand objectives. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our influencer marketing department and driving overall business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the overall influencer marketing strategy in alignment with business goals and client objectives.
• Lead a team of influencer managers and specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Establish and nurture relationships with top-tier influencers and key industry players to enhance our network and secure impactful collaborations.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of influencer marketing campaigns.
• Provide strategic guidance on influencer selection, campaign ideation, and negotiation of partnership terms.
• Oversee the development of campaign proposal, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
• Drive the development and implementation of influencer marketing best practices across the organization.
• Monitor industry trends to stay ahead of the curve in influencer marketing innovations.
• Conduct regular performance analysis of influencer campaigns, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about changes in social media algorithms, platforms, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience (5+ years) in influencer marketing, preferably in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with high-profile influencers.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and influencer marketing trends.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align influencer campaigns with broader business objectives.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret campaign metrics for strategic decision-making.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of driving successful influencer marketing campaigns in diverse industries.
• Familiarity with influencer management tools, platforms, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus but optional.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage customers on forecasting and ordering
• Analyse Price trends and forecast for account
• Follow-up on leads with new customers
• Service and maintain existing customer account
• Handle customer request and queries (e.g. short-time orders, etc.)
• Identify and respond to customer needs
• Establish and offer competitive price to customers
• Prepare and issue Sales Quotation using SAP
• Maintain inventory level for customer orders and optimise delivery
• Negotiate purchase pricing with suppliers for competitive advantage

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, preferable inengineering
• At least 1 year of working experience in relevant fields
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions
