Overview:
The candidate should possess the strong capability at using social media and other digital platforms to create and tell stories that showcase the work and achievements of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Graphic Design and Digital Marketing
• Execute communication strategies for centres’ marketing campaigns and optimise engagement on our social media channels and other digital platforms.
• Chiefly responsible for content on websites, digital and social media channels (eg. FB, LinkedIn, X and Wordpress) including content creation and copywriting for videos, visuals, and other multimedia content
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create and design graphics for digital and print media, including social media, websites, banners, EDMs, brochures and posters.
• Ensure consistency in brand aesthetics across all design projects.
• Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are produced on time and to the highest standard of quality.
Event Planning and Management
• Assist and coordinate a wide range of events, including conferences, webinars and, workshops.
• Support event logistics, including vendor coordination, and attendee registration, catering, equipment set up
• Oversee event delivery, including on-site coordination, speaker management, and post-event publicity.
Administration:
• Assist with administrative duties such as day to day general administrative support, purchase orders, handling general enquires and coordinating meetings and note taking.

Requirements:
1) Diploma or degree in communications, digital marketing, design and other related field is preferred
2) Competency in Photoshop, Illustrator must be demonstrated.
3) Strong project management skills with stakeholders of all levels across the organisation.
4) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and web applications such as Google Suite, Canva
5) Good writing skills for website and social media text copies
6) Skillful at managing social media platforms
Working Arrangement:
Ad-hoc contract - Till Dec'24. Working 4 days per week, 6 hours per day.
