• Evaluating campaign performance and data analytics
• Liaising with frontend and backend departments to promote programs and campaigns
• Working closely with team and coordinators
• Website and social media platform content update and content writing
• Organising events, exhibitions and promotional activities
• Ensuring marketing plans are executed according to the project timeline
• Organised, meticulous, results-oriented and can handle stress and tight deadlines
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment
• Possess great communication skills, creative, resourceful and a team player
• Handle customer complain
• Able to speak English and Mandarin to oversee Marketing activities with Chinese-speaking partners and agencies
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties when assigned
