Job Description

• Oversee all aspects of day-to-day production operations.
• Lead the production shopfloor supervisors and technicians in their daily work activities.
• Ensure production timeline schedule is met.
• Organize and manage production workflows, WIP and resources.
• Manage and control on equipment and machine preventive maintenance.
• Resolve issues and delays in production.
• Ensure that production procedures follow safety and environmental regulations.
• Perform any duties as per assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with at least 3 or more years’ experience in production
• Past experience in operating CNC machines tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling and turning.
• Well-versed programing of CNC machine commands at least 3 or more years’ experience
• Understanding specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading mechanical drawings and process instructions.
• Familiar with using Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work as a team.

· Participated in full software or product development cycles, preferably using Agile Methodology with past development experience

· Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem solving skills

Job Duties:

• Handle customers' enquiries/ feedback & provide information.
• Data entry, update report on sales return/ collection from individual shops daily.
• Prepare price tag & arrange delivery to all shops as & when required.
• To prepare online cake ordering documents for the Cake Department.
• Inform shops, update all customers' cake ordering records, contact customers if no wording is given and email invoices to customers after collection.
• To provide sales and operation support to all shops' requirements on sales materials, issuance of uniforms and aprons to new/ existing outlets' staffs.
