Requirements

· Minimum 5 years of project management and related experience

· Experienced in data center and mechanical system projects an advantage

· Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field

· Possess local construction/project safety certification

· Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

· Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

· Ability to work in construction site with and perform hand on tasks

· Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle

· Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously

· A good problem solver

· Positive attitude with big-picture thinking and vision

· Good analytical skills & attention to details

· Strong written, interpersonal skills and resourceful. Able to communicate effectively with customers, team members and management

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service and maximize guests’ experience by understanding and meeting their expectations
• Actively address members feedback on their experiences to improve and enhance customer satisfaction
• Familiar with all campaigns, promotions and events in order to provide accurate and up-to-date information to members
• Track and manage all data and administration requirements related to membership milestones, membership flying activities, renewals and other membership activities
• Manage and handle the entire end-to-end process and administrative requirements from membership enquiry to membership signup & onboarding of members
• Responsible for the data accuracy and completeness of the membership database and also related systems
• Answering all enquiries, concerns regarding membership
• Ensure vibrancy of the club

Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

1) Assist our warehouse team in proper setup and smooth operations of the warehouse.

2) Receiving & inspection of incoming goods to warehouse.

3) Preparation of documents and issuance of goods to drivers for delivery to customers.

4) Preparation of goods for customer upon confirmation of orders.

5) Perform data entry work and check stock details in Warehousing Management System

6) Perform stock checking duties and mandatory monthly stock take.

7) Maintain good housekeeping practices in the warehouse.

8) Any other duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

1) Perform warehousing duties to carry and move heavy goods in the warehouse.

2) Able to utilise warehousing equipment to move goods in and out of the warehousing facilities.

3) Possess some computer knowledge to input data into Warehousing Management System.

4) Able to work in a non-air-conditioning, natural fan ventilation warehousing environment.

5) Able to rotate between morning shift 9am-5.30pm (Off-Sun) and afternoon retail hours shift 12.30pm-9pm (Off- on a fixed weekday).

6) Those with forklift license and at least 1 year experience preferred.

7) Able to start work immediately or within short notice.

8) Those without experience but can carry heavy goods, willing to learn with positive attitude are welcome to apply.

9) Candidate must possess at Primary/Secondary education or O level/Diploma in Logistics or its equivalent.
