Job Description:

• Key invoice, sorting of documents, issuance of credit/debit note and delivery orders, settling discrepancy when required.
• Handle Supermarket, Minimarts, E-Commerce, Wholesale Ordering and queries. There are many orders through phone group chats. Applicant must be comfortable with liaising with customers in the group chats. Must reply to customers' feedback or enquiry.
• Answering of phone calls.

We are looking for two full-time Sales Consultant to assist with extending our company’s global outreach to guide our clients from all walks of life and background on their educational growth journeys. You will be a key representative of our company, showcasing our educational programs to potential clients and helping potential students to make informed decisions towards their next step in life, creating a positive impact in their lives.

This role offers plenty of exciting opportunities to be involved in ad hoc projects such as creating social media content with our media team, being involved with the planning of livestream programs, and cross border interactions and learning opportunities from our existing subsidiary team in China.

• Job Scope:
• Become proficient in our educational program offerings to provide informative and accurate information to our potential clients
• Be our company's brand ambassador, representing our brand, objectives, and values
• Create and deliver presentations on our educational programmes to prospective clients
• Provide support and assistance to our team to collectively negotiate and close sales
• Maintain good relationship management with both current and prospective clients
• Ability to explain our company’s offerings through video conferences with prospective associates and clients.
• Estimate and identity potential markets and competitive analysis to acquire and retain customers
• Developing sales strategies, set KPIs, and meeting targets set
• Be our main point of liaison between prospective, and existing clients, and the company
• Prepare sales documents such as agreements, contracts, and reports
• Reporting directly to our Managing Director

Job requirements:

- Permanent full-time position

- Singaporeans or PR only

- All racial demographics are welcomed

- Ability to speak and understand Mandarin to handle clients’ enquiries and showcase presentations in spoken Mandarin due to prospective clients mainly from China.

- Experience in the Educational Consultancy sector will be a plus

- Familiar with Singapore’s educational system and processes such as O levels and A levels

- Familiarity with China’s Client Market will be a plus

- Familiarity with International High School system and processes will be a plus

- Minimum Diploma in any relevant fields related to Education, Business, or Marketing.

- Ability to use Microsoft Excel, words, and powerpoint.

Salary: $2500-$3500 monthly basic plus commission based on sales target tier system. (Negotiable based on experience)

Schedule:

- Mondays to Fridays

- Flexible start and end time

- Not exceeding 44hours a week

- Any overtime will be paid accordingly. Must start work no later than 1st Dec 2024

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Site supervision and monitoring work progress from commencement to handover of the project.
• Supervise skilled employees and liaise with external contractors to ensure jobs are done satisfactorily.
• Responsible for developing and implement effective maintenance and engineering solutions for equipment problems.
• Compile technical & commercial offers in accordance with customers’ requirements for tender submission in close coordination with the service business unit.
• Submitting all clarifications on site on going project and installantion with pre-order materail negotiation with suppliet & customers.
• Support on calculating total cost of project and establishing a tendering budget cost.
• Coordinate with all client , Supplier and Sub contractor parties involved (internal & external) in the prpearion of quote.
• Monitor all phases of project through various reports and communicate to customers.
• Ensure commitments to customers are met including on-time-delivery performance and all necessary documentation is received from customers.
• To liaise with customers effectively and carry out continual improvement.
• Ability to operate AutoCAD System.
• Advise management on projects progress.

5. Administrative Support:Handle general administrative duties, such as filing, record-keeping, and managing office supplies for the sales department.
   Assist in preparing and organizing sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
   
6. Market Research:Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on competitor products and offerings.
   Gather feedback from customers to provide insights for product improvement and customer satisfaction.
   
7. Order and Payment Processing:Process customer orders, create invoices, and coordinate with finance for timely payments.
   Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers on overdue accounts, maintaining accurate aging reports.
   

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in sales support or a similar administrative role.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
