The Scientific Sales Support and Executive Assistant to the General Manager plays a dual role mainly in facilitating sales operations while providing some essential administrative support to the General Manager. Qualifications:

14. Typing of Banquet weekly/ monthly forecast.

15. To assist in conducting site inspections in the absence of the Catering Sales Managers.

16. Perform any related tasks or duties as and when assigned by the Banquet Sales Manager and the Food and Beverage Director.

17. Report any complaints, problems and deviations to the Catering Sales Managers immediately.

Requirements
