Responsibilities:

• Serve as the backup point of contact between key account executives and clients, stepping in to assist clients when the primary contact is unavailable.
• Assist in managing client accounts, including processing orders, resolving inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate meetings, submission , and site setup arrangements for key account executives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external use.
• Conduct research and gather data to support key account management initiatives.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
