• Work on tasks and projects as assigned that will contribute to the development of IKEA retail operations (i.e. global, regional, country or local initiatives).
• Work closely with other functions, regional loyalty team and the stores on member related issues.
• Contribute to the accuracy of the loyalty marketing budget, expense admin and monthly reconciliation with finance, liability reports, etc.
• Responsible for securing partnerships with other brands for the IKEA FAMILY loyalty programme that benefits our members.

• Monitor, update and secure functionality of the CRM system upgrade, security-gap bridging, stable integration with various internal and external systems/platforms.
• Database preparation: For CRM365 - prepare adhoc marketing lists in ClickDimensions or extract out for DM and SMS.
• In day to day work, ensure full compliance with Personal Data Protection Act regulations and Ikano Retail policies with respect to collection, handling and storage of members’ data.
• Be the go-to loyalty buddy for CCC and CR co-workers in resolving special customer enquiries and closing any knowledge gap in the system and processes. 

Relevant 3-5 years’ experience in Apps Development.

Development experience with a mix of technologies on Java, Hybernate, Spring boot, REST API, Micro-services and Python.

Solid understanding and use of Containerization, Docker Kubernetes application deployment experience on OpenShift.

Experience in complete SDLC (development, testing, deployment and troubleshooting).

Good understanding of code quality measurements using tools like SonarQube.

Technically competent, well organized, pro-active and be comfortable discussing issues with business and technical users at all levels.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Description:

As the Programmatic Specialist you will be required to support the Programmatic & Social Manager and Operations Lead to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of all operational functions. This role sits within the Singapore Center of Excellence, servicing Singapore and Southeast Asia APEX Guaranteed activities.

This will include campaign planning, campaign setup and activation mindful of KPI goals, reporting and insights. The successful candidate will work with cross function teams including the local APEX Account Management team to ensure accurate consolidation of media plans and IOs are shared to the Agency teams. You will also work with the Analytics Manager on all reporting needs, as well as Finance teams for campaign reconciliation.

The ideal candidate will have prior online trafficking and campaign management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and prior experience with bid management platforms and active campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of programmatic buys: understand business objectives and provide strategic recommendations as well as campaign set up, QA, analysis, and optimization.
• Respond to media RFPs and create new media proposals for assigned brands - effectively communicating digital strategies and rational for tactical approaches for each campaign.
• Responsible for the success of campaigns through management and optimization of media buying to meet media metrics /business goals.
• Proactively monitor and track performance across all campaigns and regularly review campaign performance with his/her unit.
