Job Description:

• Identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate solutions to drive sales and overall store performance.
• Be well-versed in in-store operations, including tasks and methods, to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure effective communication and understanding between customers and team members.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store through regular housekeeping.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in the tech industry.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in both English and basic Mandarin to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
• Quick learner with good interpersonal skills.
• Independent, sales-driven, with a positive attitude and initiative.
• Available to work retail hours specifically on Public Holidays.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously.
• Possess in-depth product knowledge, capable of conducting product demonstrations, and handling customer inquiries confidently.

Main Responsibilities:

• Promotes and sells the organisation's products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts to achieve sales targets. Utilises current CRM systems in the sales process efficiently, and reports on leads and sales activities regularly.
• Pursues sales leads, visits existing and new customers, assesses customer needs and suggests appropriate products and services, respond to customer enquiries, negotiates prices and delivery times and concludes sales orders.
• Identifies, researches, and contacts prospective customers and builds positive relationships generating future sales and repeat business. Refers sales leads, customers feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organisation.
• Identifies leads for other business units, promotes cross-selling activities and culture in the organisation.
• Establishes annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritises and schedules own activities ensuring targets are met.
• Develops sales plans with key clients.
• Other ad-hoc activities assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in equipment sales or related field.
• Ability to read building drawings.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
