Application Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Tenant Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new tenants onto our platform, ensuring a smooth transition and providing necessary support throughout
• Solution Provision: Offer tailored solutions to clients that align with product policies and utilize cutting-edge technologies, addressing their specific needs and requirements
• Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, staying updated on the latest features and advancements to effectively guide clients and internal teams
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to tenants and internal stakeholders, troubleshooting issues, and resolving inquiries in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in full software development lifecycle, application support, development, or implementation
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and technologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality
• Experience working with Angular, Go, AWS and Azure Entra ID is a plus; Experience working with SaaS platforms and familiarity with tenant/subscription-based models is a plus
• Preferably have experience with Microsoft Entra ID

Job Responsibilities:

• Construct 3D BIM models and work closely with project teams on drawings.
• Produce civil and architectural 3D model drawings, design works and calculations.
• Provide BIM modeling/CAD drafting and design support.
• Coordinate and manage BIM model, create Revit families and CAD blocks.
• Obtain work assignments of either specific design elements or CAD drafting from project managers and engineers.
• Ensure the completion of BIM projects in accordance to project requirements and in compliance with authorities’ guidelines.
• Review all work for completeness and accuracy.
• Manage workflows, processes and implementation of BIM projects.
• Knowledge in BIM responsibilities.
• Maintain and perform document control.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in construction sector.
• Minimum 2 years knowledge of BIM and submission standards, hands-on experience for BIM projects.
• Able to multi-task, work independently, proactive with positive attitude.
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin in order to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts.
