Profile:

• 5+ years of Program Manager experience in banking, with a background in Data, Transformation, or Process Domain.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT security.
• Proficient in analysis methodology with a successful project delivery track record.
• Critical thinking skills, entrepreneurial spirit (optional), and relevant certifications (CISSP/CISM/CISA optional).
• Client-focused with impactful personal influence.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage/facilitate meetings, seminars, committees, and training.
• Proactive, positive attitude, and collaborative team player with problem-solving abilities.
• IT knowledge/background and familiarity with agile ways of working.
