About the role

Facility operational Security

• Promote awareness and ensure facilities are compliant with Physical Security Standard/Policy of security related GEA policies, procedures, and guidelines.

• Analysis of credit risk data against past and expected trends to sufficiently explain key portfolio variance / performance drivers.
• Portfolio analysis, monitoring and reporting.
• Perform system UATs for credit risk-related systems (with a focus on reporting tools).
• Employ advanced analytics and data visualisation to support credit portfolio. management and business needs.
• Conduct regular portfolio performance analyses including limit utilisation and to identify segments for credit limit review.
• Work with Collections using customer repayment behaviour to identify the possibility of fraudulent applications, and escalate such cases to the Fraud team for investigation.
• Assist in building predictive models using machine learning to facilitate credit decisioning and early warning.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain the models on production credit systems.
• Work with data engineers to construct data pipelines to integrate new data feeds.
• Advance the discussion on governance and assurance regarding the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning in credit risk applications.
• Provide analytical / statistical data to support recommendation to enhance credit policies, scoring, segmentation, simulation techniques and management actions to be taken.
• Provide inputs on test scenarios and using outcomes, provide recommendations to changes in parameter settings as well as changes in policies.
• Proactively engage the Credit Risk Managers on portfolio shape, trends and abnormalities in the portfolio movements.
• Assist in ongoing Credit Risk enhancement projects (vendor selection and management, systems implementations, etc.).

Our Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree, preferably in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics or an equivalent quantitative area.
• At least an intern or upto 3 years of relevant experience in banking (preferably in a risk, business or product role for a retail lending portfolio).
• Familiarity with the Singapore retail lending market and regulatory environment strongly preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office suite or equivalent. (Familiarity with Google Workspace preferred.)
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks, Python and SQL
• Ability to produce high quality analysis using structured and unstructured data.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Requirement Gathering in Business Process Modelling: Understand Customer's As-Is and To-Be Processes, Biz Rules, Forms &Transaction Screens, Map End-to-End Processes, Biz Rules, Forms and Transaction Screens into a Modelling Tool, Analyse and Propose improvement (recommended, not mandatory)

· Gap Analysis: Analyse the gaps between customer expectations against application capabilities.

· Application Deployment: Perform Application Configuration, Perform Key User Training, Perform User Acceptance Test

· Status Update: Update Project Status, Forecast Incoming Activities, Highlight Potential Risk and Recommend Risk Mitigation

Prerequisite

• At least 10 years of experience as Functional/Business Analyst in IT and/or Healthcare Domain is preferred

• Degree in Information System, Engineering, Healthcare or equivalent is preferred

• Experienced in at least 2 implementation cycle of HIS.

Responsibilities:

• Assist to manage financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate on annual business planning and growth strategies
• Analyze trends to reduce financial risks associated with making investment or spending decisions.
• Prepare management reports to facilitate decision making for business partners and other stakeholders
• Analyze and explain variances between actual and budgeted figures.
• Provide administrative support to the Singapore sales team, including customer claims and vendor invoices processing
• Monitor Account Receivables status and prepare AR ageing report
• Check and verify accuracy of collection and payment from customers

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in relevant disciplines such as Accountancy, Business
• No experience required, but candidates with at least 2 years of relevant working experience, inclusive of strong hands-on accounting/audit/ fp&a experience are preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Powerpoint
• Experience in JDE system and Oracle HFM system will be an advantage
