Responsibilities:

• Assist the Product Owner and UAT Lead in preparing the test strategy and test plan.
• Identify potential issues, risks, and gaps in the testing process.
• Support the UAT Lead in conducting testing kick-off and regular cadence meetings.
• Review test scenarios and cases with key Product Owners to ensure they meet requirements and expectations.
• Document acceptance criteria for Product Owner sign-off.
• Coordinate with upstream and downstream teams to facilitate testing.
• Actively manage UAT progress and issues within project timelines, updating the business team and key stakeholders.
• Create, maintain, and facilitate UAT status updates using JIRA dashboards.
• Ensure traceability between test cases, user stories, and defects during testing execution.
• Consult with technology teams on system solutions, UAT delivery timelines, UAT environment readiness, and test data creation.
• Actively participate in defect management.
• Manage day-to-day reporting on the progress of the project.

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or in any related majors
• At least 2-3 years of experience in the Test Manager or Test Lead role.
• Must have experience working in managing end-to-end UAT.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Results orientated with the ability to engage multiple initiatives simultaneously and work to deadlines.
• Willing to challenge the status quo to drive better outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to scholarship on contemporary art practice and its discourses by facilitating and supporting research and research activities of the Curatorial department.
• Develop and maintain physical and digital holdings of the SAM library collection, to include fulfilling curatorial requests, monitoring new releases/titles, cataloguing (cataloguing, metadata creation, accessioning), and keeping up with subscriptions and memberships.
• Managing library operations through administration of budgets and SOP for internal library use, maintaining library space and inventory, and scheduling regular stock.
• Expand the library collection and utility via interlibrary exchanges and in servicing collection and archival enquiries and image requests (internal and external), managing copyright permissions, facilitating access and retrieval, and working with institutional partners as necessary.
• Project manage the digitization of SAM's institutional archive, including coordinating and developing SOP and preservation processes for both digital and physical materials.
• Work with museum departments on the documentation of SAM exhibitions, events and programmes of archive and research value.
• Facilitate and administer integration of SAM's Archive collection (physical and digital) with the Gallery's Archive collection.
• Undertake other related duties and projects as assigned.

• Degree in Art History/ Humanities/ Social Sciences/ Library or Information Sciences /Museum Studies. Masters' degree in any of the above is a plus
• Keen interest in contemporary art practices in Singapore, Southeast Asia and international
• 4 or more years of working experience in a research, reference library and/or archives role
• Familiarity and experience in developing and operating library management system and databases (eg. Spydus & WorldCat), RFID system, as well as other library systems
• Effectively bilingual (i.e. to read and input texts in 2 languages); Fluency in Southeast Asian languages would be advantageous
• Experience in supervisory role is a plus
