We are looking for a Market Manager, to focus specifically on Southeast Asia and India markets, within our Asia IAT Structure.

Our work can take on many different forms from product launch campaigns, designing omnichannel media frameworks, to identifying the right data, tech and tools solutions for Pfizer. As Market Manager, you will be able to flex across these types of work, in partnership with capability leads as needed, to ensure at all time the client’s needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

· Work closely with Pfizer and Publicis Groupe teams to deliver integrated campaigns, adapted from the global strategy, for 9 markets across Southeast Asia and India, with support from the IAT Lead.

· You will be closely connected with the rest of the IAT teams globally, and actively seek out best practices and strategies that will be relevant for your region.

· You will be the owner of the day-to-day relationship with the local market client, be seen as an essential contributor, and as such be invited to all key meetings. Leveraging on your knowledge of the regulatory landscape and cultural nuances that exists across Southeast Asia and India, you will be consistently adding value; strategically and tactically.

· Have a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business and actively seek out opportunities to drive the client’s business forward, taking the initiative to develop proposals and convert curiosity into business value for the client.

· Bringing together the right agency and/or discipline leads that will help drive the client and project forward in the right way. Knowing when to put the right people in front of the client.

· Foster close collaborate with Programme Management, Media, Data, Creative, and Production leads, to deliver on transformative marketing for Pfizer.

Skills & Experience

· At least 10 years of integrated campaign experience, particularly digital; preferably with prior experience working on Global Network Clients at a regional level.

· Experience in executing HCP & Consumer campaigns within Asia; familiar with the timelines, processes and needs for the implementation of integrated campaigns.

· Clear and concise communication style, particularly in written form.

Responsibilities:

· Generate and send Statement of accounts to clients

· Attend and handle of clients’ dispute

· Monitor credit limits for clients and reporting of delinquent accounts timely

· Send reminder letters for overdue accounts to clients

· Propose suspension or termination of credit facilities for poor credit worthiness accounts

· Preparation of monthly debtors aging reports

· Perform filing & monitoring of Proof Of Debt (POD) for liquidated companies

· Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity

· Respond promptly and completely to both client and internal enquiries

· Propose write off of irrecoverable receivables

· Providing ad-hoc reporting as and when requested by management

· Undertake account reconciliations as required

· Engage with cross-functional teams to improve customers’ payment cycle, facilitate solutions and improve processes.

· Conduct aged balance review with HOD and follow up review actions.

· Other duties as delegated from time to time by management

· Minimum Diploma with at least 3 years relevant experience in credit management

About the team

As the Business Development Manager, Retail Expansion for Singapore, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the expansion of our retail stores within the Singapore market.
