Advancement Office is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager who will be leading the Annual Giving Campaign at SUSS and be a strategic collaborator in identifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding annual giving donors.

The incumbent reports to the Director and will manage the Annual Giving campaign. He/she will be responsible for facilitating all phases of the gift cycle, including initiating contact, cultivating and moving potential donors to solicitation and closure, creating solicitations, and stewarding donors. The ideal candidate is a skilled relationship-builder, results-oriented, creative and enthusiastic while being extremely collaborative, organised and strategic.

He/she will support the Director in identifying and implementing strategies for success in the annual giving campaign and work collaboratively with key volunteers, leadership and faculty and colleagues to cultivate donors for university priorities.

What you will be doing

• Design, implement, coordinate and grow all annual giving campaigns, including but not limited to online, direct mail, newsletter, events.
• Proactively identify, develop and deliver engagement opportunities to annual donors to ensure the maximisation of their financial and non-financial support.
• Research, develop, and write funding proposals and appeal letters as required.
• Be accountable for meeting or exceeding established monthly fundraising goals and metrics.
• Be accountable for cultivating relationships of individual giving with a focus on retention, recapture, and growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and maintain a coordinated approach in support of overall departmental and university-wide goals.
• Timely completion of donor documents to indicate donor commitments.
• Assist in hosting various development events.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years’ fundraising experience in annual giving/campaigns and appeals.

Responsibilities

Work with the Healthcare team to manage healthcare project and initiatives including but not limited to the following:

AI Singapore is sourcing for an individual to join the Core team as a Programme Manager. The Programme Manager will assist the Director of Planning and Operations in managing and overseeing a series of projects that will impact the AI initiatives within the AI Singapore programme.

The Programme Manager will be working closely with the Director of Planning and Operations to facilitate approvals in accordance to the governance structure within AI Singapore. The Programme Manager will also need to interact with all other Directors in AI Singapore, internal administrative team, professors, external funders and all institutions administrative team.

The Programme Manager is required to plan, manage, execute and track the progress of the many concurrent projects/initiatives, to bring the projects to their successful completion.
