What a Manager, Strategy Practice, Visa Consulting & Analytics does at Visa:

We are looking for an individual to join us as a Manager in Visa Consulting and Analytics, Strategy Practice, based in Singapore. This individual will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for digital payments across Asia Pacific working closely with the Practice Lead, and the country teams. The Manager will be responsible for leading significant components of client consulting engagements, within the digital & strategy vertical. Typically, this will involve the Manager interacting with the client team, gathering and managing project inputs, analyzing data to form conclusions and recommendations, developing and presenting compelling project reports and working with clients on executing recommendations.

The Manager will also manage a pipeline of engagements from early lead stages through to signature, project kick-off and delivery. • Must have experience handling commercial and whitespace accounts in Laos, Myanmar or Cambodia (CLM)
• Understands the power of channels and has strong channel relationships with both T2 partners and Distributors
• Prior experience in selling direct and through channel partners
• Prior experience in inside sales
• Territory business planning and execution - understands and has executed partner programs and incentives
• Technology orientation and can articulate well at CXO levels
• Proficiency in driving growth through the process - By leveraging Partner Account Planning, marketing, channels, etc.

Your Career

As we continue to grow as an organization, we are hiring premier Named accounts sales professionals to run and drive sales engagements into Service Providers (Telcos) accounts in Singapore. You will be expected to exceed sales quota by creating and implementing strategic account plans targeting Enterprise wide deployments of the Palo Alto Networks Next Generation Security Platform. Partnering with a systems engineer, you will displace competing technologies and build market share within your targeted list of major accounts.

Your Impact

• Acquire, lead, and develop major Service Providers (SP) accounts in Singapore
• Strong account management skills to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within targeted major accounts
• Conduct effective presentations to C—level sales planning, leading to accurate forecasting of the business
• Establish relationships with and sell through channel partners
• Demonstrate knowledge of cybersecurity industry, products, and competitor offerings 
• Rolodex of mid to senior level connects in the named accounts

• Act as a technical lead within the sales process by providing technical demonstrations and advice to clients when required
• Providing product knowledge support, translating the technical aspects of the product to the sales team and client, being the intermediary between product management and sales
• Contribute to technical strategy, service development, and technology innovation for achieving ongoing revenue opportunities
• Develop project plans with customers and effectively communicate around these plans the progress of development, delivery, and implementation.  Provide transparent reporting of project status at any time
• Support customer satisfaction across all interactions, products, solutions, and services & train them to use products effectively
• Be a key liaison between customers and vendors, to ensure accuracy and quality of integration project scoping exists and follow up with the sales department to win new business and increase sales
• If needed, in preparation for the sales team, communicate with project management to translate clients’ requirements and smooth transition from sales to implementation
• Represent qualified customer business plans to Shiji’s business management for inclusion in development plans and strategic alignment
• Coalize with the Marketing department to discuss sales team expectations, help highlight products, introducing innovative approaches on the representation of the company/products, evaluate the methodologies and strategies applied to reach the relevant markets and clients
• Identify solutions to reduce support costs
