The  Senior Recruitment Consultant’s role is to develop Eames Consulting Group’s position within the Insurance, Banking & Technology markets via the consistent generation of recruitment revenues to meet individual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop client-led sales opportunities to deliver sufficient revenues to hit personal sales target.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years experience working in UX/UI, or Product Design roles, and at least 2 years within that period as a Senior.
• Experience working in an agile, cross-disciplinary team.
• Experience in conducting user research and testing.
• First-hand experience working with web mobile, responsive frontend frameworks and design systems.
• Firm grasp of prototyping methods, documentation and design tools.
• Portfolio highlighting shipping features and products, with case studies showcasing what you’ve done, and the impact of your work on the business. Samples of wireframes and mockups are good; living and breathing products are excellent.
• Having experience creating/managing a complex design system is a plus.
• Having experience working with customer engagement platforms or loyalty programmes is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Lead ideation, development, launch, and iteration of approaches to improve revenue and user experience for our site across desktop, mobile, and apps

Requirements

• BA/BS degree, MBA preferred
• Min 4+ years of product management experience
• Deep knowledge of web standards in design and usability
• Understanding of SEA online/ mobile financial product comparison market and competitive landscape
• Expert in the scrum and agile processes
• Expert in product development tools (i.e. Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Having practical experience with Loyalty Programs and Customer Engagement Platforms is advantageous.
• Prior knowledge of SQL and experience working with data visualization tools is a plus

• Meeting with clients and other involved professionals at an early stage to agree on the project brief;
