Our Fortune 500 client is building an APAC Digital Innovation team based in Singapore. We are currently looking for an experienced Tech Risk Manager to be the Subject Matter Expert to champion the design and implementation of Group IT Risk and Compliance for the Group.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee technology risk management process, which includes IT risk acceptance process, IT outsourcing risks and monitor technology risk profile
• Lead, develop and implement through the development, review and compliance of policies, standards, processes and guidelines.
• Responsible for implementation and execution of risk management policies and guidelines, programmes and activities
• Conduct risk assessment on new digital solutions, existing systems and third parties
• Identify potential risks that will impact the organization and recommend action plans to reduce the risks.
• Conduct compliance check on control effectiveness to ensure compliance with established policies and applicable regulations.
• Drive the development of reference architectures and identify security design gaps in existing or new system and recommend mitigations.
• Provide insights to business and IT management in identifying operational efficiencies, analyzing the needs of different departments and determine ways to deliver business objectives
• Responsible for initiation process for new project requests including analysis of possible solutions, scope definition, resource, cost and schedule planning

Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
• Professional related certifications e.g. CISSP, CISA or CISM are preferred.

• Experienced in GRC Tool, Vulnerability Assessment and Application Testing Tool

• 1-1teaching at our MathVision Campus in line with the training provided by our senior teachers

However, as they gain experience, they are welcome to help their respective departments in updating existing materials in their free time (during office hours).

Responsibilities

• Executing risk based financial, operational and compliance audit which includes developing internal audit scope and audit planning.
• Prepare audit program and document work performed in a clear and organised manner.
