Minimum Qualifications:

Job Responsibilities

• Manage Equipment move, add, change and disconnection orders (MACDs) life cycle
• Follow SOP of equipment deployment across PoP sites from start to finish (Active + Passive)
• Issue Letter of Authorization and Connecting Facility Assignment (LOA-CFA) and fulfilling cross connects orders
• Directly execute or manage local vendor technicians for equipment delivery, provisioning and troubleshooting
• Manage RMA/DOA equipment troubleshooting, replacement and returns
• Facilitate physical layer installation of networks, servers, and circuits
• Physical circuit troubleshooting and fault analysis.
• Provide ongoing support of production environment and coordinate with vendors, system owners, and other operations teams in order to resolve any issues.
• Responsible for coordinating and tracking requests/orders and providing weekly reports.
• Post documentation on each implementation.
• Participate in on-call rotation for ad-hoc troubleshooting between internal teams and external partners
• Assist with other regional works during business hours for maintenance related works
• Coordinate site audit with on-site vendor per check off list

Data Accuracy

• Inventory Database Improvement Strategy on Equipment Inventory database and Spares Inventory database
• Create plan for healthy amount of spares at each site/warehouse and trigger request for additional spares when it reaches certain threshold
• Raise Site and Vendor Remote Hands to perform site audits when needed
• Update CDP/Internal documents when requested Ad-Hoc Tasks
• Have ticketing system for tracking all requests(JIRA)
• Work with SCM, equipment vendors, and datacenters to manage delivery dates and time windows.

Vendor Support

• Initial POC for all Vendor Queries relating to interconnection, troubleshooting
• Create Colocation Inbound/Outbound Shipments and track Deliveries when asked
• Update internal documentation for all Internet Provider contact and circuit details
• Schedule onsite technicians and provide site access requests for all adhoc/scheduled activities
• Submit Vendor Remote Hands Requests to support physical works on site
• Perform regular audits for all circuits, spares inventory

Job Requirements

• Willing to work in client’s office at Singapore CBD area for 5 working days (Monday to Friday) for regular office hours
• 2+ years’ experience datacenter or corporate/enterprise IT infrastructure, operating in IT best practices (ITIL), and operating within equipment lifecycle processes.
• Experience executing detailed MOPs, technical instructions, following documentation.
• Knowledge of relevant technologies - fiber optics, network interface types: form factors and protocols
• Strong troubleshooting skills technical, logistical, process, and others.
• Experience planning and coordinating with field operation technicians, engineers, contractors, and vendors with Telecom ISP and Colo Providers.
• Excellent oral and written communication. Ability to express ideas clearly and provide effective remote technical guidance and troubleshooting.
• Basic command-line proficiency in Linux/Unix and any switch OS CLI
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coordinating/leading junior field operation technicians/engineers, contractors, and/or vendors in a telecommunications working environment.
• Experience collaborating across multiple levels and functions.
• Anticipate problems in planning and proactively limit project-impacting factors.
• Strong documentation skills for technical processes & procedures as well as accurately recording large amounts of detailed data.

Duties and Responsibility·

Assist Project Manager to oversee all daily construction activities on site to meet project progress and quality goals.

· Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with safety and environmental regulations

· Ensure all works are carried out in compliance to QA/QC requirements

· Convey proper instructions to subcontractors to ensure all installation works are executed in accordance with approved construction drawings details

· To manage construction difficulties, safety risk and other technical issues

· Prepare installation sequence & micro schedule for respective façade elements according to construction drawings

· Coordinate with Subcontractors on all matters pertaining to site installation and quality issues

· Monitor and update daily project/site progress report

· Maintain proper records of Site Inspection Reports, materials deliveries and site activities

· Arrange & Coordinate Site Testings and Inspections with Vendors and RTO/RE

· Manage and plan site materials and equipment delivery to ensure efficient use of resources

· Co-ordinate site storage space with Main Contractor

· Checking of RC structures conditions against construction drawings and highlight any discrepancies if found on site

Quality Assurance & Quality Control Engineer (QA/QC Engineer)

Requirements:

• Recognized Diploma/Degree in related field
• Experience in working with Contractors
• Relevant experience in Civil/Building, preferably with experience in façade installation works
• Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment

Responsibilities:-

• To lead the QA/QC team
• To provide training and coaching to the team members in façade related works.
• To assess each construction process and procedure. Provide feedback and continuous improvement whenevee necessary
• To ensure internal quality controls are in place and being maintained properly
• Work closely with other project personnel such as production and site management team to deliver high quality works
• Prepare monthly analysis and report to Management in regards to site and project activities

Job Duties

• Deliver and ensure professionalism and smooth customer service experience is delivered at all times to the all stakeholders.
• Accountable for all correspondence matters (class scheduling, updates, announcements etc) with parents and students via various communication platform.
• Manage customer inquiries or complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide administrative support to coaches, for example managing the assessment exercise of students with the tabulation, presentation and deliverance of the assessment reports to the all stakeholders.
• Maintain close communication with the coaching team to ensure accurate and update information is communicated and vice versa.
• Upkeep of students database records & manage class schedule in the CRM systems. Manage the inventory level for merchandise.
• Responsible for the issuance of all term invoices and merchandise sales
• Liaise with building management on any maintenance issues and facilities requests.
• Ensure that the overall presentation of Academy venue is in proper, clean and safe condition
• Support management to ensure smooth operations process and flow for all events (trainings, competitions etc)
• Provide inter-department assistance such as sales, marketing & finance to ensure alignment in customer service initiatives and address customer needs effectively.
• Execute ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Education

Minimum Diploma holder

Working Experience

At least 2 years of working experience in customer service area preferably in an academy environment.
