• Oversee and spearhead the daily execution of high-performing campaign management and execution of hygiene campaigns across multiple channels to achieve customer acquisition goals and maximize return on ad spend

The above will be delivered by:

• Working very closely with Performance Marketing Manager as a supervisor to develop paid media strategies for specific local markets which need to be tailored & personalized
• Develop execution to achieve paid media objectives (CAC, CVR, ROAS)
• Manage Traveloka advertising accounts on all platforms, maintain online advertising campaigns, from display targeting, retargeting, display awareness, app installs, etc
• Manage spending vs. KPIs balancing to have dynamic optimization based on needs, markets & real-time performance by having series of experimentation and testing
• Stay informed of new betas, tactics, and data trends within the paid search industry
• Ensure all online advertising best practices have been implemented

• 4-5 years of performance marketing, especially Display and App Installs experience (a candidate who has experience Display is a plus point)

Job Scope

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible in overseeing a team of 3 finance staff to support accounting and financial reporting responsibilities. You will oversee financial management, which includes accounting operations, reporting, internal controls, cash flow management, audit, tax, compliance, identifying risks and opportunities, as well as in driving cost saving and system improvement projects. You will also support company secretarial related activities, lease agreement terms, liaise with IT and support functions on store opening matters, as well as work closely with various stakeholders in evaluating and improving existing processes.

Customer Service Executive

· Review customer inquiries for the company's import and export freight and logistics business scopes

· Prepare accurate and detailed quotations for customers

· Clarify and negotiate proposals with customers to ensure customer satisfaction

· Review customer orders to ensure consistency with quotations offered

· Prepare and process import and export shipping documentation and liaise with relevant stakeholders such as shippers, consignees, various authorities, and shipping and overseas agents to execute freight operations in a proper and efficient manner

· Liaise with logistics appointed subcontractors and supervise the delivery of related logistics services to ensure they are delivered properly and efficiently

· Take appropriate actions for non-conforming services and provide feedback for continual improvement

· Perform necessary corrective and continual improvement actions and programs as directed by management

Responsibilities

• Sales and target driven, meet and exceed sales target. Preferably a hunter and hungry for new business successes, generating new business and expanding footprint for new customer.
• Explore and identify key account in the defined territory or industry vertical.
• Accelerate customer adoption and customer satisfaction, manage contract negotiations and develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
