Your Responsibilities

Overview

The incoming Service Support Specialist is responsible to drive the SEA service administration and backend operation forward through DBS approach, meeting operation metrics, ensuring resources optimization and timely reporting. Product Management

1. Commercial management

• Responsible for the detection, anticipation and awareness of the customers' needs and market trends, GUESS collection and competitors affecting its area and country; giving constant feedback (at least once a week) and provide presentations to DM; train and develop team for the above
