The Role

You’ll be providing support to the management and key leaders in keeping a smooth daily operations of the business and office. About ASEF Communications Department (COM)

COM promotes Asia-Europe cooperation by raising awareness and knowledge about ASEF, ASEM and Asia-Europe relations. Aimed at a diverse range of constituencies including the media and general public, COM’s activities foster greater mutual understanding between Asia and Europe. Among the seven thematic areas of ASEF, COM is responsible for Media. • Support the inpatient meal processes, food quality and patients’ experience and attend to the feedback from ward staff, patients and patients’ families.
• Support the linen and laundry processes and ensure that there is sufficient par level and stockpile of linen for the wards.
• Work closely with infection control team and conduct inspection on food services (inpatient and retail services) and linen and laundry services.
• Assist therapists in SMF application, order mobility devices, consolidate payment, submit quarterly funding claim and data submission to the Ministry of Health.
• Assist in operating the pandemic and business continuity plans in connection with the hospital-wide response plan in the event such plans need to be activated.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects.
• Keep track of the expiry and renewal dates of all licenses and accreditation; submit renewal applications.
• Assist the Operations Manager in the co-ordination for the internal and external audits and inspection.
• Arrange meetings and minutes writing.
• Assume other responsibilities relevant to position as delegated from time to time including work relating to the expansion of services and development of new services or new projects.

Requirements:

• General Diploma/Degree or equivalent from a recognised institution is required.

The Job

· Responsible for a full spectrum of shipping operations, contracts management and documentation;
