Role Description

As a Real Estate Portfolio Manager, you are responsible for managing an inventory of 100+ residential property listings. You are the brain of the Squad you belong to, defining the listing strategies, pricing policies and valuation methodologies. Key Requirements:

• Data Warehousing Expertise: experience of implementing large data warehouses based on Hadoop, Teradata, SAS, Oracle including data modelling, using ETL tools like Informatica PowerCenter, SSIS & visualization Tools such as Qlik, Microsoft Power BI

• Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
