In this role you will support the Outlet Operations Manager in delivering quality assurance and customer satisfaction. You will be the expert in aligning company objectives by developing operational procedures and training outlet staff for optimising business and financial performance. This involves cross functional collaboration to plan, coordinate and manage outlet activities to achieve business synergy.
Responsibilities
Support the Outlet Operations Manager in managing all outlets’ overall operations
Work with the Strategy team to plan, develop and implement sales target, strategies and monitoring mechanisms to achieve outlet revenue growth
Assist Tasty Wee's Quality Assurance Executive to ensure outlet operations are compliant with ISO standards
Ensure that outlets’ premise is in good working condition
Update training handbook and standard operating procedures for outlet operations
Lead, motivate and train the outlet team to boost staff morale and facilitate succession planning
Conduct preliminary performance appraisal and exit interviews
To manage outlet staff grievances and conflicts and issue disciplinary action when necessary
Provide timely feedback to the Outlet Operations Manager with regards to outlet activities

You will lead a HR team to provide HR operational support to all institutions in accordance with our service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs). The scope of HR operational support covers the employee lifecycle administration after onboarding, specifically contract management services including probation confirmation, employee transfer, conversion of employment contract terms, and retirement and re-employment. You will also be responsible for driving projects that leverages on technology to achieve work efficiency for the department.
You will manage, coach and develop the team members to enhance their competencies in the handling of daily operations and complex issues, and improve the overall service quality of the team. Besides ensuring the work processes are in compliance with HR policies and government regulations, you will also be responsible for the design, review and implementation of work process improvements and system enhancements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree and equivalent;
At least 5 years of relevant HR experience in large organizations with matrix reporting structure such as in government sectors, MNCs, and healthcare industry;

Roles & Responsibilities
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities aligned to Company’s broad service capabilities in events, exhibitions, retail, experiential marketing, content, and technology.
Lead pitches and proposal development. Includes working with the relevant team and producers to pull together the required Specialist Services to develop the proposal.
Competent in leading client’s strategies and to identify client’s needs and to create strategies to meet those needs.
Grow the business both locally and regionally through a strategic account management approach and look to continuously improve the planning and execution of activities planned by our clients.
Key responsibility is to establish and maintain relationships with identified clients, both new and existing. Hosting of regular POV meetings with the client to share insights and extend the value creation will be expected of you.
Forge relationships with new clients and strengthen those with existing clients through the implementation of communication plans, thus creating strong visibility to the strategic support that is provided.
Requirements
Ability to effectively engage with professionals from client side, as well as understand, navigates, and manages complex, hierarchical corporate clients.
Exposure on different types of projects such as events, multi-media, online, interactive, direct marketing and social media, etc.
Ability to effectively manage project teams assembled from different business units within a large corporate agency.
