Overall Purpose of Job:

• Responsible for supporting VP, AP MAF Head, in developing the AP MAF functional strategy and driving implementation of the functional strategy, to increase the competitiveness of MAF and to maximize impact of MAF as a valued strategic partner and trusted scientific leader, aligned to business strategy. Qualifications

• University degree in health sciences, business or equivalent is required

• An advanced degree in science or business is preferred

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in R&D, Medical Affairs, or a related function within the Pharmaceutical industries is required

Your New Role

As Director of Corporate and Internal Communications, you’ll play a pivotal role in our organization's regional leadership team. The Director, Program Management and Regional Office, is a core member of the Innovative Medicine APAC Health Care Compliance (HCC) Regional Leadership team and the Innovative Medicine Global HCC Program Management, reporting directly to the APAC Regional Sector Lead. Position Purpose:

As an Associate Director Medical Affairs, the main purpose of your role will be to lead a team of MSLs and build partnerships with external healthcare professionals in Southeast and South Asia, to communicate evidence based critical scientific, technical, and development issues relating to Grifols Biopharma products which are or will be marketed. Role is both an individual contributor and team leader.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Curate and maintain the station's library of music to fine-tune and refresh music database to ensure station relevance.
• Prepare and schedule daily music playlists for all timebelts.

• Collaborate closely with relevant data/ operations teams to ascertain the precision and validity of data, facilitating the timely submission of the performance indicators report to the Ministry of Health.

- Ensure that drafts for new or revised clinical forms, e.g., consent forms and clerking forms, are vetted by hospital lawyer if necessary and approved by GCMB/ Clinical Lead in a timely manner.

- Conduct JCI / ESS (or equivalent) activities.

- Conducting clinical audits for various clinical work processes, case notes audit / review, audits on problem cases and ad-hoc audits.

- Oversee the monitoring of mortality and morbidity reporting ensuring 100% reporting rate.

- Compile and analyse data and generate annual reports.

Secondary Responsibilities and Duties (20%)

- Coordinate activities for Hospital Licensing Exercise and serve as liaison person for any queries on hospital licensing. (if required)

Job Requirements

- Possess Bachelor’s degree with experience in a hospital setting

- Experience in Quality Management/Assurance in an acute care hospital will be an added advantage

- Computer skills in Words, Excel, Access and PowerPoint

Roles & Responsibilities:

Director of Property Development

This role is a key member of the property development business and reports directly to the Board and/or Chairman of the Board. The candidate should have proven end-to-end property development experience.

Main responsibilities:

(i) implement policies laid down by the Board and translate them into operational plans and day-to-day directives.

(ii) manage and administer the property development business and affairs of the Group on a day-to-day basis.

(iii) keep the property development business operations of the Company under constant review and present to the Board periodic statements, accounts, reports, and statistics showing the progress and performance of the Company (including the Group Companies).

(iv) challenge and contribute to the development of strategy and make plans for the future development and growth of the Company.

(v) scrutinise the performance of management in meeting agreed goals and implement changes in the Group's organisation structure and in the allocation of the responsibilities that may be required to provide for growth and changes in activities, the business environment, and personnel of the Company;

(vi) maintain and develop good relations with the governmental agencies of any country in which the Company has or will have operations therein, provided that the Employee shall at all times be subject to the control of the Board and comply with such policies and decisions as may be determined by the Board from time to time.

Knowledge & Experience:

(i) Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree holder or related discipline.

(ii) At least 12 years of relevant experience.

(iii) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and deliver within tight deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Human Resources and Payroll:

· Support the BIPO system (Personnel, Payroll, Leave, and Claims modules).

· Process monthly payroll and finance reports.

· Ensure that all daily HR Services operations are consistent and compliant with clients' company policies, management standards, and employment laws and regulations.

· Collaborate with existing and potential customers to establish successful relationships and accomplish business objectives.

· Manage and guide the team to uphold service standards and ensure satisfaction among existing clients.

2. Annual and Quarterly Reporting:

· Prepare quarterly MAS reports

· Assist with annual audit reviews

· Provide advisory on statutory requirements

3. Tax and Employment Pass Management:

· Handle ad-hoc tax processing services

· Manage all work pass matters for clients

4. Onboarding Services:

· Prepare employment contracts and make offers to employees

· Liaise with reference check providers and facilitate pre-employment medical check-ups

· Administer onboarding processes including insurance enrollment

5. Budgeting and Compensation:

· Conduct & manage compensation & budget exercises

· Coordinate annual remarketing and insurance exercises

· Assist with annual due diligence exercises

6. Surveys and Miscellaneous Responsibilities:

· Conduct client surveys

· Assist in project implementation and transition for clients

· Manage scope and bonus bank management, including quarterly user updates and yearly award exercises

· Handle commission sales plans and quarterly costing/reconciliation with finance

· Perform other ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR and/or HR Operations, with relevant HR qualifications
