The primary function of the Senior Specialist, Regulatory Affairs (RA) is to act as the representative of the regulatory affairs organization to the JAPAC commercial organization for all aspects related to the assigned projects within the Aesthetics area. • Minimum three years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
• Clear history of consultative and value selling for HR/Tech consulting services
• Large volume sales experience ($350k+ plus per sale).
• Experience with broad range of sales cycles (three to six to twelve and twenty four months).
• Ability to travel regularly to build relationships towards regional deals
• Ideally but not mandatory, take part in public speaking activities to develop brand presence
• History of career stability with a maximum of three employers in the last ten years.
• College/university degree is required; advanced degree is a plus.
