Duties and Responsibilities

The Crisis Support Executive (CSE) in the Crisis Support Team supports the work of the Core Services by conducting initial assessment of clients’ risks and needs. This includes classifying of incoming calls, emails and text messages according to the risk levels. He/she decides the required follow up actions, which typically include referring of cases to the Clinical Team for crisis support or counselling.

As a part of the Enterprise Support Team, you’ll spend most of your time interacting directly with our users and ensuring that they have a stellar Stripe experience.

What you’ll do

• Troubleshooting complex user issues and communicating with Stripe’s highest value users, providing a best-in-class support experience, by email
• Own and managed business critical escalations and incidents
• Become the expert in all Stripe products, deeply understanding our processes and workflows in order to resolve user issues

Responsibilities

Casework

On-call

• Own & manage business critical escalations and incidents from start to finish
• Iterate & improve service delivery for business critical escalations in order to delight our largest users who value quick resolution and proactive communication to any outages

Support Partner/Projects

• Manage a small portfolio of 1-2 users, to whom you’ll be directly accountable for analyzing and improving their support experience, providing contextual insight regarding users’ experience with support to account team stakeholders. These users are either new to Enterprise support or are a heavy user of support
• Analyze and optimize our support documentation and processes to improve our users’ experiences and help scale our operations
• Identify and lead initiatives across our 5 pillars (Prevention, Availability, Effectiveness, Satisfaction, Effortlessness) to enable the team to provide a best-in-class support experience to our largest users at scale

Role and Responsibilities

The Medical Advisor is responsible for crafting medical strategies and ensuring its execution for all relevant therapy areas in Singapore. Main responsibilities / job expectations

Provide Scientific Information and Support

- In close co-ordination with existing medical information resources, respond professionally and quickly to documented unsolicited requests from the field and external stakeholders for clinical information and data in relation to Ipsen’s products and therapy areas.

Knowledge, abilities & experience

Required Education and Experience:

• Medical/Pharmacy degree/PhD degree.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry in Medical Affairs role (experience managing oncology/specialty care products preferred).
• At least 1 year of Medical Advisor/Medical Manager experience is desirable.
• Strong existing network of KOLs across Singapore (especially medical oncologists).
