• Handle subscriptions for newspapers, magazines, online portals, TV, and related assets.
• Manage office sundries, stationery supplies, and office equipment efficiently.
• Coordinate the ordering of name cards and manage contact listings.
• Supervise first aid/AED equipment and training programs.
• Organize transportation and travel arrangements for staff.
• Coordinate catering services for both VIPs and staff.
• Manage the procurement system for item purchases.
• Handle visitor management and oversee room/facility bookings.
• Manage onboarding processes for new hires
• Oversee the resource booking system for optimal utilization.
• Displays / signage management
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• Min Diploma in any discipline
• Prior relevant experience in procurement or in the job scope would be an advantage
• Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment
• Able to start immediately or within short notice

Working hours

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6pm
• Tanjong Pagar MRT station
