Technical Support Engineers will provide technical and network problem resolution to end-users (customers) by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions. Solutions include key management systems and access control systems, but are not limited to, verifying proper hardware and software set up, assisting with navigating around application menus and troubleshooting email issues. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists Project Manager in project planning and to co-ordinate and oversee all work on the site.
• Study drawing, plans, specification and scope of work.

Sharepoint Engineer/ Developer - In this new role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions for an organization.

You Will

• Designing and developing custom SharePoint solutions based on business requirements
• Creating and configuring SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts
• Developing custom forms and templates using InfoPath and SharePoint Designer
• Integrating SharePoint with other business applications, such as CRM or ERP systems
• Providing technical support for SharePoint users.
• Developing and implementing SharePoint security and access controls
• Monitoring SharePoint performance and troubleshooting issues
• Collaborating with other developers and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Assist the client as part of its content migration projects on the Sharepoint platform
• Assist with maintenance of SharePoint environments through command line tools and powershell, possessing the ability to write powershell scripts

You Bring

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• At least five years of Sharepoint project experience, focusing on designing and implementing secure cloud computing solutions
  SharePoint Development experience
• Strong knowledge of PowerApps and Power Automate
• Experience working with modern API Platforms such as REST, SOAP JSO & XML
• An understanding of cloud platforms and services, ideally Azure & Office 365
