Requisites:

• 1-3 years of technical recruitment experience preferably serving clients or companies in Southeast Asia region (Singapore and Malaysia predominantly)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and perform well under tight time constraints and changing deadlines
• Solid know-how about technology recruitment channels and sources in the APAC region
• Not hesitant to cold-call
• Demonstrable experience in technical sourcing (Boolean, x-ray searches) and a knack for identifying high calibre talent
• Hands-on knowledge of sourcing and attracting high-calibre technology professionals
• Strong knowledge and passion for technology, high level of comfort with all types of online applications, and experience with applicant tracking systems preferred
