Responsible to ensure compliance with the accounts payable processes. These include AP invoices verification, payment authorisation and processing payment related to AP, reconciliation of AP ledgers, transaction validation including but not limited:

2. Perform vendors’ SOA reconciliation, inter-company balance, maintenance of master file for customers’ creation and update cash flow forecast management.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Minimum a Degree in Accountancy, equivalent or related fields, Diploma holders with extensive supervisory experience may also be considered.
• At least 2 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Proficient in SAP FICO module and Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint presentation).

This is a temporary full time position with INSEAD's Global Accounts Payable team. Key Responsibilities include:

As the Senior Accountant, Accounting Operations Trading Company for Nike Trading Company B.V. and Nike Global Trading B.V. in Singapore (“Nike Trading Company”), you will be responsible for managing the global Inventory and intercompany accounting activities for the buy/sell operations of the Nike Trading Company.

We are looking for a candidate with strong SAP skills in the MM/FI modules and accounting operations experience, preferably in the areas of Inventory and Intercompany. If this is you, you’ll be responsible for E2E inventory/global intercompany accounting processes accounting process for buy/sell operations for legal entity reporting in SAP R/3 and S4 including: timely execution of month-end closing activities which includes inventory adjustments, cutoff entries, inventory aging review, purchase price variance analysis, various intercompany chargeback entries, month-end reporting and variance analysis.
