Recess Duty

The Manager of Social & Support Services is an experienced social worker to lead a team in providing comprehensive family and caregiver support for individuals requiring higher levels of assistance. This role involves leveraging the specialised skills of social workers to help families navigate the challenges of caregiving and support individuals in living and learning effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and Develop Services: Direct the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of a tiered system of services, maximising the clinical skill sets of social workers to deliver tailored support to caregivers. Requirements:

• Registered social worker with at least 6 years of relevant experience (preferably within the disability sector), and a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.

Overview:

The Management Support Officer provides essential administrative and operational support to the management team. Roles & Responsibilities:

Gift Processing:

• Process gifts in all methods of payments, and clarify any missing, incomplete or vague information with donors in order to credit donors’ funds to NUS accurately.

Gift thank-you letters:

Merchandise:

• Source, order, purchase, and receive department merchandise, gifts and collaterals, as well as monitor and replenish stocks.

Donor records and database:

• Record and compile changes in donors’ mailing and email addresses, in order to maintain an updated donors’, contact database
