• Inventory Management: Work with the warehouse team and perform regular inventory counts and reconcile inventory records to ensure accuracy.

• Compliance Monitoring: Monitor warehouse operations and report any non-compliance. Participate in execution of quality management system such as change control, risk assessment, CAPA handling and other elements of QMS as may be assigned.

Job Description:

The tier-3 support engineer will be supporting web browsers technologies in Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.

Area of responsibility:

• Key point of contact in Asia for tier-3 browser related support for incident and service request.
• Work with Lines of Business / Program Managers / Application Owners and stakeholders to ensure that web applications are functional on preferred browsers.
• Create and update baseline settings documentation for all browsers across all platforms.
• Maintain Intune CSP and related policy configuration.

Technical requirements:

• Good understanding of web browser technologies (MS Edge, Chrome, Safari, etc) on Windows, MacOS and Linux operating systems.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) with focus on Intune, including basic knowledge of Autopilot process.
• Good knowledge in MEM Windows applications fundamentals.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft registry.

• Intermediate scripting skills in Microsoft Powershell.
