• Monitor and attend to requisitions using company system
• Assist vessel with purchase of Technical and Provisions to certain vessels’
• Issue purchase orders to suppliers
• Handle logistics arrangement from the point of purchase order up till delivery on board delivery
• Process invoices through a software;
• Arrange annual services for vessels as the due dates approach (LSA / FFA / Radio Equipment Services)
• Assist Superintendent when required
• Arrange renewal of vessels’ certificates

• To act as Resident Technical Officer for underground MRT Project
• Supervise construction of underground MRT Station
• Supervise and ensure strict quality control
• Keep record of all site activities and prepare daily site report
• Supervise any repair works
• Witness & verify any field test carried out on site;
• Monitor and report progress of the works on site;
• Registered with JAC of IES/ACES

Requirements

• Registered with JAC of IES/ACES as an accredited Resident Technical Officer
• Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in superising deep excavation projects or underground MRT projects.

• Possess a recognized degree in Civil Engineering with at least two years of relevant
• experience in building projects.
• Possess the full knowledge and experience in organizing, managing and executing C&S
• works.
• Able to comprehend all technical elements, such as BIM, drawings and specifications.
• Perform construction planning, coordinate with the client, sub-contractors, consultants
• and Authorities on all project aspects.
• Develop detailed work plans and cost estimations for a practical forecast of cost and
• workforce requirements.
• Assist Project Manager in preparation of reports.
• Lead, coordinate and manage civil and structural works of a project.
• Prepare, monitor and review site work programs.

Job Description :

1. System Integration:

• Lead the integration of Building Management System applications with other building systems.
• Design and implement application solutions based on client requirements.

2. Client Interaction:

• Engage with clients to understand their specific needs and provide technical support during the implementation phase.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on BMS applications.

3. Testing and Validation:

• Conduct thorough testing and validation of BMS applications to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address identified issues.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Engineering related field.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in application engineering, with a focus on Building Management Systems (BMS).

3. Proficiency in PLC and DDC, SCADA and programming languages (such as Scripting, Function Block, etc..), communication protocols (not limited to BACnet, Modbus, Lon works, etc) and common Microsoft applications.

4. Experience with Siemens S7 PLC and winCC SCADA is an advantage.

5. Experience in IEC61508, EN50128 and any other standard.

6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
